Game Changing Habits That I Have Added Into My Life!

  1. I started putting my phone across the room so I have to actually get up from my bed every morning and I STOP hitting snooze. 

  2. I started waking up at 7am every single day Monday-Friday. Being a college student my schedule is different everyday so I would usually get lazy and sleep in on days I have classes later but not anymore. 

  3. I started going to bed by 11pm every night. (Still working on this one) I’m a night owl and I can’t always realistically do this with homework sometimes but I try my best. 

  4. I started using “screen time” on my phone. If you have a iPhone in settings you can put time limits on apps. Everyday after 9pm till 10am I restrict myself not to go on any social media apps. 

  5. I started reading the Bible EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. When there are nights where I’m really tired I will listen to it on my phone on the Bible app. I always had quiet time but I wasn’t reading the word everyday so even if it’s for literally minute I’m doing it. 

  6. I started going on walks AT LEAST 3 days a week.
