My Hair Care/Styling Routine!
I have never ever had a hair routine after the shower, I literally would just brush my hair and let it air dry and that was it. Until I got the Hot Tools Professional 24K Gold One Step Blowout. This product has been a game-changer for my hair! I’m going to share with you in this blog post all of the products that I use for my hair care/styling routine!
I don’t share products often because I like trying out products for a long period of time to really see if I like them and to share with you products that I truly believe are worth spending money on. For reference, my hair is wavy underneath and then straight on top and is very very thick, and I wash my hair about once a week. I hope this helps especially if you struggle with frizziness and have poofy hair like me.
The products that I use:
Aveeno Scalp Soothing Oat Milk Blend Shampoo and Conditioner - I have been loving Aveeno more and more I try them. I can’t say anything bad about them. I have tried other Aveeno shampoo’s and conditioner’s but I really enjoy this one because the first ingredient is oat milk and not water. So many product’s first ingredients are water which does not do anything. I have very dry hair and in the winter months I get dandruff and this product has been helpful with that plus it smells good.
Hot Tools Professional 24K Gold One Step Blowout- I got this tool as a gift for Christmas and I was so skeptical of it actually working because I do not enjoy doing my hair. It took me a few times to get the hang of out it, but after that I would say it genuinely works! I don’t like doing my hair because my hair is super thick and it’s half straight and half wavy plus frizzy. This tool helps with all of that, it makes my hair shiny and straightens my wavy hair and it blow drys it so much FASTER than an original blow dryer! I would say it takes about 30-40 minutes for me to do my hair myself and will hopefully get faster as I use it more.
Redken Pillow Proof Blow Dry Express Treatment Primer Cream- This product is pure magic! I put it in my hair after the shower when my hair is damp before I use the Hot Tools Professional 24K Gold One Step Blowout. It makes your hair smell like the salon and it helps with reducing dry time along with being a heat protectant. Definitely recommend it even if you are using a normal blow dryer.
Kristin Ess Hair Brush- This hairbrush is the best brush that I have ever used before. It gets every tangle out without a problem and helps make your hair smooth and shiny.
