Tips For Quarantine/Social Distancing

Things That Have Helped Me During This Time Of Quarantine/Social Distancing!

Making a schedule everyday Monday-Friday. This helps me know what I will do for the day and not get sucked into binge watching tv or just being bored.

Writing down everything I did for the day. Even if I didn’t follow my schedule exactly it helps me feel like I accomplished things even if they were super simple. 

Having full meals and a full break during meals. It helps me break up the day and gives me rest from the work I’m doing. 

Getting some fresh air and going on walks. 

Picking up coffee or food from my favorite local places! 

Lastly driving to Chick-fil-A! Me and my sis did this last weekend and eat in the car. It was so nice to do to break up the weekend! 

Never thought I would write about this but I hope you are doing well and making the most of these days.
